Karin Tham is a seasoned realtor with close to two decades of experience ranging in presale projects, land assembly, first-time homebuyers, up or downsizing and investment properties. Born in Bombay and raised in Hong Kong until settling down in Vancouver, Karin is adaptable and flexible with meeting the needs of a diverse client base.  She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
